Meet Lucas Dietrich

I’m Lucas Dietrich, owner and operator of Dietrich Painting & Drywall Repair LLC. I’ve worked in the painting trade since 2019, and I’m proud to serve homeowners and businesses across Edwardsville and the surrounding communities.

My background is in restaurant and hospitality management, including more than four years as Operations Manager at Edison’s Entertainment Complex in the heart of Edwardsville. That experience taught me the value of reliability, customer service, and what a family-run business means to a community.

Since moving into the painting trade, I’ve gained hands-on experience with Next Gen Interior Finishing in Collinsville and Lerch Properties in Maryville, where I worked on painting teams and served as the primary drywall repair technician across more than 1,200 residential and commercial units.

I’m married with a family of five, and I’m proud to run a local business that serves our neighbors.
